Hi, I’m Jessica Arrendol Kiely, Ph.D., a holistic chef and integrative health practitioner with over 20 years of experience on my own wellness journey. I specialize in helping women 40 and older rediscover their vitality and balance, as well as working with adolescents and young adults to build a strong foundation of Wellness Literacy™.

These foundational practices have been my lifeline, helping me navigate some of the toughest moments—like losing a parent to terminal illness who still had so much life ahead of them—and thrive in others. They keep me grounded and resilient while balancing aging parents, growing children, a career, and countless other responsibilities.

My work with adolescents and young adults stems from this same philosophy. During my 20-year teaching career, I saw how a lack of foundational Wellness Literacy™ left many young people unprepared to care for themselves. These gaps often resurface as health challenges later in life, especially in our 40s and beyond. By addressing wellness early, we can empower the next generation to prioritize their health and resilience, creating a ripple effect of wellness in families and communities.
