Here’s How It Works:
We start with a ‘don’t guess, test’ approach using functional medicine lab testing or by reviewing your existing results to identify root causes like nutrient deficiencies, gut health imbalances, and hormonal shifts.
We’ll address stress, including gut-based triggers like microbiome imbalances or nutrient absorption problems, that may be compounding the challenges of daily life.
